Tammy is incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, supportive, responsive, thorough and above all else, kind and of the highest character. This is just the tip of the iceberg in how great it has been with Tammy. We met Tammy at an open house, and her thoughtfulness and follow-up then was consistent throughout our whole home buying process. Given our limited home buying experience, she consistently held my wife's and my hand through every step of the process, and explained every single thing that we had to sign during the entire process. We felt like we had a lot of "stupid questions," but Tammy always kindly and patiently answered every single question for us. Even after closing escrow, she still graciously continues to help guide us through some home maintenance that needs to be done on our new home. Tammy went and continues to go above and beyond anything we ever expected. My wife and I bought a condo many years ago, and Tammy far exceeded that experience back then by leaps and bounds. I cannot express enough how great it has been working with Tammy, and we can say Tammy is not just our real estate agent, but now our family friend as well. Last but not least, for the purpose of future prospective buyers and/or sellers out there, I very strongly urge and encourage you to consider Tammy for your needs :) I would also happily serve as a reference to further share our experience with her with anyone interested, as it is not possible to capture our entire experience in a Zillow post.
